I am passionate about connecting, sharing and supporting midlife women (i.e. aged 39-60 years-old) achieve optimal health as they age.

Using behaviour change and coaching tools and techniques, I help midlife women uncover actionable and evidence-based self-insights for sustained lifestyle change; including putting the ‘self’ back in to self-eployment.

I provide 1:1 and group coaching to:

  • self-employed women
  • women with chronic/progressive health conditions, menopause transition, and low wellbeing.
