Using behaviour change and coaching tools and techniques, I help midlife women uncover actionable and evidence-based self-insights for sustained lifestyle change; including putting the ‘self’ back in to self-eployment.
I provide 1:1 and group coaching to:

- women with chronic/progressive health conditions, menopause transition, and low wellbeing.
